This journey offers a unique opportunity to cycle through Vietnam’s most iconic destinations, including Phong Nha, Hoi An, and Quang Ngai. The route features some of Vietnam’s most famous heritage sites, including the UNESCO World Heritage sites like My Son, Hoi An, and Hue’s imperial tombs.
The first week focuses on the Heritage Route, where you’ll ride through historical landmarks, including the Vinh Moc Tunnels, Ben Hai Bridge, Thach Han River, and DMZ areas. These locations are not only rich in Vietnamese history but also offer a glimpse into the country's indomitable spirit during the struggle for independence.
After discovering the Heritage Route, we’ll continue our journey southwards, where you’ll explore Hue, the former Nguyen Dynasty capital, home to an impressive array of temples, shrines, monuments, and imperial residences. Hue is recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site and is renowned for its cultural, religious, and historical significance.
Next, get ready for the iconic Hai Van Pass, one of Asia's most breathtaking mountain roads. Cycling through this 24 km stretch, you’ll be treated to spectacular views of both the ocean and mountains, making it an unforgettable experience. From Lang Co to Da Nang, the landscape will leave you speechless as you tackle this challenging yet rewarding mountain pass.
The adventure continues as we reach Hoi An, a UNESCO World Heritage ancient town that was once a vibrant trading hub. From there, you’ll visit My Son Sanctuary, a spiritual center of the Champa people, where you’ll learn about the ancient history of the region.
In the second week of our cycling tour, we’ll explore Vietnam's central coastline, cycling through pristine beaches, rustic villages, and idyllic fishing areas. Day 1: Dong Hoi – Phong Nha National Park Cycling & Boat Tour

Our journey begins with an early arrival at Dong Hoi Station at 7 AM, where our friendly driver will be waiting to transfer you to your hotel for a refreshing shower and a delicious breakfast. After you're recharged, we’ll kick off our adventure with a trip to the famous Phong Nha-Kẻ Bàng National Park, a UNESCO-listed natural heritage site known for its stunning landscapes and rich biodiversity.
As we travel to Phong Nha, you'll be captivated by the scenic beauty of north-central Vietnam, with its lush landscapes, rolling hills, and tranquil countryside. Day 3: Cua Viet – Cua Tung – Tam Giang Lagoon – Hue Cycling Adventure

After recharging our energy, we’ll set off again, cycling along the new asphalt roads that connect charming towns and villages on the flatter southern roads.
Our journey takes us to Ai Tu airfield and Quang Tri, famous for the 1972 Battle of 81 Days and Nights. This historical site is known for the heavy bombing and ordnance dropped by the US during the intense battle, providing an insightful look into the region's history. We’ll also visit Long Hung Church, a Catholic church that holds poignant memories from the battle. Left as it was after the conflict, the church still bears visible scars from grenade blasts and bullet holes—an emotional and meaningful stop for reflection.
We’ll continue our adventure southward, cycling through a variety of roads, including paved and concrete paths, connecting vibrant villages. Along the way, you’ll encounter colourful ancestor temples, reflecting the deep cultural heritage of the area. Day 7: Cycling from Hoi An to My Lai Massacre Memorial and Quang Ngai

After lunch, we continue our cycling journey along the coast, where we'll conquer two steep passes nestled between rural villages and the coastal shoreline.
