Itinerary
If you're looking for an off-the-beaten-track adventure, look no further than Ha Giang! This hidden gem is more than 200 km from Hanoi, in the northeast of Vietnam. It's the last province of the country to open to visitors in recent years, and it's easy to see why! From the spectacular scenery to the primeval forests and high mountains, Ha Giang has it all! The area is home to some incredible natural fortresses, carved into steps and divided by fanciful stone alleys.
This incredible landscape has been home to many generations of H'Mong people for generations!
The incredible, winding roads of the Ha Giang rocky plateau are an adventure for those who love to explore and move, and they'll take your breath away with their breathtaking beauty! The roads are always lined with a green carpet, full of vitality and creating a breathtaking scene that is both poetic and mysterious. It is an indescribable experience that will leave you dazzled with a series of emotions.
Join our Ha Giang Bicycle Tour and get ready to be blown away by an incredible landscape of limestone pinnacles and granite outcrops! Ha Giang Bicycle Loop tours are an absolute must-do in this region! It's a shame that its proximity to the Chinese border still keeps visitor numbers low, as it really is one of the most worthy destinations in the area.
Get ready to embark on an incredible journey by bike! Cycle along Happiness Road, discover the wonders of the Dong Van Plateau, explore the vibrant Khau Vai Love Market, and admire the breathtaking Quan Ba Sky Gate. Wind your way through mysterious, majestic passes, hidden in dense clouds, and venture down into valleys where cozy and rustic H'mong villages await.
The 6-day Ha Giang Bicycle tour is an absolutely exhilarating way to uncover the hidden charm of the rocky Dong Van plateau! A registered UNESCO Global Geopark, 80% of the terrain is covered by rock and it is said to contain fossils from 400 - 600 million years ago – how incredible is that? Dong Van is a hidden gem nestled in a valley in the heart of the Rock Plateau. It's a truly unique place, situated right on the Chinese border and surrounded by lush mountain forests and vibrant multi-coloured orchids. Dong Van is a melting pot of cultures, home to Chinese Hoa, H'mong, Tay and Kinh people. The houses are built in a traditional Chinese style, adding to the town's charm.
