Day 1: Hanoi to Nam Hong Village, Thong Nguyen – Scenic Journey through Hoang Su Phi
07:30 A.M. – We depart from Hanoi for our adventure to Hoang Su Phi, Ha Giang. Our journey begins on the newly constructed highway, ensuring a smooth and comfortable drive from Hanoi to Vinh Phuc. From here, we transition to a provincial road that winds through lush rice paddies and majestic mountains, offering stunning views at every turn.
As we approach Tuyen Quang, we'll follow the Lo River, enjoying the peaceful riverside landscapes that provide perfect opportunities for photography. The small, winding roads that lead to Hoang Su Phi take us through picturesque mountainous terrain, with panoramic vistas that are sure to leave you in awe.
In the late afternoon, we'll arrive at Nam Hong Village, located in the Thong Nguyen Commune. This village is home to the unique long-tunic Dao (Dao Ao Dai) community, where you can experience the traditional culture and vibrant customs of this ethnic group.Overnight in Nam Hong Village for an immersive cultural experience.

The trail gently ascends and descends as we traverse lush forests, vibrant tea plantations, and stunning rice terraces. Throughout the hike, enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding mountainscapes and peaceful valleys that make this journey truly memorable.
We'll take a break for lunch along the way before continuing our trek to Nam Ai Village, located in Nam Son Commune, arriving by mid-afternoon. Once there, you'll have some free time to immerse yourself in the daily life of the local Dao community, learning about their rich cultural heritage.Dinner will be served at a cozy homestay where you'll get to experience authentic Dao cuisine and hospitality. A well-deserved lunch break will be taken along the route before continuing our journey towards Ho Thau Village. Arriving in the mid to late afternoon, you'll have free time to explore the local way of life and capture stunning photographs of the untamed beauty of Ho Thau. The highlight of the day will be staying with a Nung family at their traditional homestay. With an exceptional view of a great valley, you’ll enjoy a truly authentic experience of rural village life.Overnight at Tan Phong Village, Ho Thau, in the heart of nature and Nung culture.

After recharging energy at our eco-homestay, we set off on an exhilarating new adventure to summit Chieu Lau Thi, towering at over 2,400m above sea level. The 9 km trek to the summit will take us through scenic landscapes and dense forests, offering breathtaking views along the way.
Today’s hike will lead us through lush rice terraces, cross refreshing streams, and venture into ancient San Tuyet tea forests as we ascend towards the summit. The rugged terrain provides a challenging yet rewarding trek, where nature's beauty unfolds at every step.As we near the summit, we'll find a basic guest house offering an opportunity for a restful night’s stay at this incredible height. For those seeking more adventure, the experience can be extended upon request, allowing you to explore more of the mountainous landscape and pristine nature.

By 09:00 AM, our comfortable vehicle will pick us up for the scenic return journey to Hanoi. Enjoy a relaxing lunch en route, and take in the beautiful landscapes as we make our way back to the bustling city. We will arrive in Hanoi by late afternoon, marking the end of this unforgettable adventure through the mountains of northern Vietnam.

Cost are based in USD $ and coverted to Vietnamese Dong ( VND). Therefore all costs are subject to currency fluctuations. If you wish to avoid any currency surchages should there be a change in the exchange rate, you can pay for your trip inadvance of the balance date. Please ask our reservation staff to issue an invoice for your final payment.. Please note invoice are valid for two days then rewiewed. According to exchange rates. Child rate are available.

Deposit and ballance payment
A non –refundable deposit of 30% per person is required at the time you make a reservation. If the booking can not be confirmed your deposit will be refunded in full. The final ballance is due 30 days prior to the commencement of your holiday and is payable by cash or internet banking. Failure to pay by due date could result in cancellation
Payment by credit card
Cash price are shown as per the price insert. We welcome credit card payment by VISA or MASTERCARD for your convennience but owning to the bank charges we are forced to apply a 3% surcharge to every credit card transaction.
Booking Amendments
If you alter your booking after confirmation of your reservation and amendment fee free per booking will be charged to cover administration costs incurred. If you change your reservations after the holiday has commenced. Our company can not accepted any liability for loss, damage and additional expense and no refund will be made.
Cancellation:
If we cancel your booking : if the trip is cancelled due to natural disaster such as flooding, earthquake etc. Or insufficient participants to proceed with a tour, the operator reserves the right to cancel a trip 25 days prior to commencement. A full refund of all monies paid will be refunded. We shall endeavour to provide a suitable alternative where possible.

Complaints
Any complaints should be communicated to the company’ staff as soon as it arises. Failure to notify our company’ staff at the time, providing company with an opportunity to rectify the cause of complaint, may result in the lost of any legal rights in respect of the particular matters.. if the issue is not solved, then the complaint should be made in writing within 28 working days of the end of the tour
