Cycling in Pu Luong is one of the best ways to discover the natural beauty of the region and the exotic culture of the ethnic minority groups. This bike tour includes off-road experiences, mountain biking and homestay experiences.
This 5 days 4 night Pu Luong – Mai Chau cycling tours in Northern Vietnam  is specially and uniquely designed, for those who are looking for a health and fitness vacation, nature lovers. and outdoor sports activities in the wild north of Vietnam.
Mountain bikers will love this ride as it offers a variety of terrains - from beautiful single-tracks, undulating rough jeep trails to some hikes rewarded with hikes. Over the top of the slopes, the ride passes through many villages, past lush rice paddies and above the valley for stunning views.
As we ride in Pu Luong Nature Reserve, we encounter the Muong and Thai among the ethnic minorities and guests in their traditional stilt houses, allowing us to witness first the lives of the people there. You especially enjoy special dishes including rice pot, grilled meat and enjoy traditional dances, cultural performances (bronze, drums, gongs) and Thai ethnic dance.

Day 01: Hanoi – Cuc Phuong – Cam Luong – Pu Luong

Following to breakfast in Hotel,  take transfer three hours in Ho Chi Minh High way to Hoang Duc Restaurant for lunch times.  After lunch meal, we continue on bus  30 minutes in Cam Quy junction. Upon arrival of cycling point,  setting off on new cycling day on scenic route , we cycle and weave  amongst lush scenery with sugarcain fields, cassava farm and rice terrace paddy, tropical forest and towering limestone mountain ranges. we also cycle through buffer zones of Pu luong and Cuc Phuong national Park where possessing of the diversity of flora and fauna and the uniqueness of Thai, Muong, King Cultures
Crossing bridge Ban Cong where we continue cycling on village road lead to ecolodge or Ecohome garden in Pu luong Nature Reserve. , we do check in and stayover night Jungle Lodge with Thai hill tribal village.

Day 02;  The Gem of Nature Reserve

After recharging fully energy, we kick off our pedals from Retreat, setting off our way to descent into Kho Muong village where we  turn off on single track trail along river to admire stunning scenery and green rice paddy fields.
We continue cycling on concrete road winding amongst rice terraces and bamoo forest plunging down into the beautiful valley leading to Lanh Village. Along the way you will have a chance to enjoy beautiful terrace rice fields. After enjoying the sights vistas from above we will visit the isolated village is surrounded by a huge mountain range, you can come to visit a local family. This is a great chance to learn more about life style and culture of the local community. We get back on bike and cycle on single track trail winding amongst lush bamboo forest and rice paddied fields to Ban Hieu village. Challenging short steep distance along stream lead us to amazing waterfall where we have picnic lunch nearby.
After refueling up energy, we kick off our pedals to weave amongst tropical forest and streamshore to Ban Cong village, where we spend our time to admire wonderful water wheels along stream making scenery more coloreful and terrific. After admiring peotic nature, we gear up our bikes on concrete road back to Resort or taking transfer back to resort for refreshment.

Day 03: Pu Luong – Mai Chau

Get up early to immerse yourself in fresh air and stunning rice terrace scenery from ecolodge. Sipping hot coffer and admire sunrise over the mountain. We start our new Pu Luong cycling day from Homestay or Ecolodge. Enjoy brilliant Pu Luong scenery as we cycle through the core of Nature Reserve. 
The first stage of our trip is dramatically hilly whilst ascenting on new paved road or dirt track, through Village and Rice tarrace fields. However, you will be rewarded by the incredible scenic beauty of Pu Luong Nature Reserve. 
The sencond stages is descending road. your legs will be free for some distances whilst we cycle the Ho Chi Minh Trai lead to T Junction of Co Luong. We cycle the back roads through quaint small villages where you can experience Mai Chau close-up including: bamboo factory, and village surrounding like Poom Coong or Lac village. After lunch, we commence cycling on single track trail around Mai Chau Valley.

Day 04 : Mai Chau Back Road

Enjoy wonderful adventure day in scenic beauty valley, sipping hot coffee while admiring the dawn is shining over mountains, under misty valley with  immerse green rice paddy fields.
After hearty breakfast, Setting off on Mai Chau cycle tour  through different villages on a mix of good single track paths link from villages to others, the view is stunning as the ride passes and cross lush rice paddies./ Unique to this area are fan palms, grown specifically to use for roofing . 
We pass hot springs, cycle cross suspension bridges and follow the contours around beautiful terraced rice fields.  We stop for lunch en route in local family. After lunch, we cycle back road, single tracks, buffalo trails through terraced rice fields and bamboo forest and Bamboo chopstick production workshop and cycle back road to Mai Chau town. Upon arriving. Relax by yourself. Have dinner and stayover night in Hotel / Bungalow/ Ecolodge

Day 05 : Mai Chau – Thung Khe – Lo – Muong Khen - Hanoi

Today is our last amazing bicycle adventure tours day in Northen Vietnam, after having hearty breakfast in hotel. Our supported vehicle take short transfer from sleepy Valley mai Chau to the top of Thung Khe. Upon arriving of cycling point, setting off our bikes to plunge into Local market and then  turn on secondary road through rice paddy fields, cornfields, Sugar Plantation to tranquil village life. We also cycle on scenic road wind its way along the hillsides and sparely populated region to Man Duc. Have lunch in local restaurant. After meal. Transfer 3hours back to Hanoi, arriving Hanoi at late afternoon
