Ride on the narrow dirt single trails that have been connecting villages and villagers for generations. With most of the single track sections ranging from undulating to downhill, your face will be sore from smiling as you traverse down the side of some of Hoang Su Phi’s most picturesque rice-terraced mountainsides.

For this ride we have reserved most of the serious climbing for the sealed roads, allowing you to get in the rhythm and recover for the next fun single track descent to come. With daily distances ranging from 50 -70 km there will be plenty of time to enjoy time off the bike after the day’s ride, and stop along the way for photos or just to take in the scenery. Our tour is not for the type of rider who wants to speed through a full day of cycling and do nothing but ride-sleep-eat. Day 01: Hanoi Arrival Transferring to  – Ha Giang Cycling Tours

Vietnam's beautiful and tranquil capital lies at the heart of the northern Red River Delta. It is a city of lakes and leafy boulevards that still retains an air of French colonial elegance. The fine coffee and perfect baguettes have led some to call Hanoi the 'Paris of the East' but the city's roots go all the way back to 1010 AD. 
On arrival in Hanoi, you will be met and transferred to Ha Giang city for 4 hours. You will explore and enjoy pristine nature of the north Vietnam. Have lunch enroute. Following to lunch time. Day 02: Ha Giang  Mountain Bike Tours Hoang Su Phi 

Our new exploration day will start from Hotel after recharging energy, setting off cycling tour on village road and narrow trail winding amongst lush rice paddy fields and stunning primeval forest to Thanh Thuy commune. Turning off on single track trail and motor way to Sin Chai commune where we admire ancient Shan Tuyet Tea forest and breathtaking scenic beauty of rice terraces and rustic village lifes
Immersing yourself into magnificent scene of rice terraces, lush forest and poetical landscape of Tay Con Linh Mountain Range  Have lunch enroute. After lunch, we keep riding on  heavenly gate before  riding down to  Hoang Su Phi commune through friendly tribal villages  to heaven gate II and then ascent  to  Hoang su Phi Town. Have dinner and stay overnight in local guest house.

Day 03: Hoang Su Phi  Cycling trip to Ban Phung

After recharging fully energy from hotel, we gear up our pedals and challenge incredible pass, winding up along hillside and slope of Tay Con Linh Mountain ranges. Taking panoramic mountain vistas before decending into Ban Phung village where we admire stunning rice terrace, and canopied tropical forest. We continue our cycling trip on village roads, winding along the mountain slopes, valleys, golden terraces like silk strips across the hills.
What's more interesting than riding a bike and stopping to reward yourself with photos of a lifetime. we continue the steep climbing journey winding through ethnic villages, terraced fields recognized as cultural heritages of Vietnam.
After exploring terraced fields, Our group get back on bike to descent on slopes along the river riverside and cliffs to reach the lunch spot. The whole group have lunch and rest
In the afternoon, we continue the journey to discover the endless beauty of the Northeast mountains, Vietnam. At the end of the journey, Hoang Su Phi welcomes us with a 10km down hill along hillsides reach to Ban Phung village.

Day 04: Ban Phung – Cong Do – Nang Don – Ban Luoc – Ho Thau Bicycle tour

Located at an altitude of over 1500 meters, Ban Phung is blessed with majestic and lyrical natural scenery. The terraced fields surrounding the village every season when the rice is ripe, the whole village is dyed a golden color, creating a very special natural picture. Every morning, each thin mist still remains on the terraced fields, adorning the picture more poetic.
Today is another day that promises to be exciting, full of emotions that are waiting for us ahead. Don't forget to fully charge your phone, camera and memory card to chill with the fairy scenery here.
After refueling for a new day full of energy, we embark on bikes to experience the journey of cycling downhill to the main road, continued on the main road to the junction, begin to turn right into the village road to conquer long and steep passes. Conquer the steep  slopes, weaving through the terraced fields or walking on the green roads covered with plants and flowers to Luoc Lunch Village.  After lunch, we continue to follow the trail, winding its way along slopes of of mountain to Ho Thau village. Here, you take pictures hunting clouds, or watch the misty valley below the valley. The last leg of the journey is a worthy reward for all of us today to drop down to the resting point after a whole day of conquering the steep pass.

Day 05: Ho Thau  - Quang Nguyen - Na chi  - Ban Lien – Bac Ha Mountain Bike Tour

Another day is great day in our trip, we will be waken up by rhynm of wild life, enjoy hot coffee and ginger tea before going out  for hunting cloud, hanging over our head or passing leisurely in front of our homestay.
We kick of our pedals from ecohomestay, cycling on slope for few kilometre before descending ride Ho Thau..Cycling through the best rice terrace scenery and tea farms, on dirt road, single track trail, buffalo passs is highlight in our trip today.
Today is another amazing day in our trip, we cycle through untouched region, passing many quaint hill tribes villages, through thick tropical forest and crossing some streams in our trip.We also immerse yourself into brilliant scenery and unspoited nature, sightseeing as we cycle through the best scenery of North Vietnam. Our trip is really challenging day whilst we cycle on small trail and dirt path, sometimes, we carry our bikes over the stream and waterfall. However, the whole cycling distance will be ascendingly ridden. We will challenge the last pass, winding along riverside before descending into Bac Ha Town.

Day 06: Bac Ha  off road to Ta Van Chu  - Sin Chen – Si Ma Cai  

After recharging energy from hotel, we will be back on bike to gear up our pedals on rough and narrow road lead to Ban Pho village where we observe the architecture of Hmong House and the daily life in this village. We continue on concrete road with rough and tough slope of hillside wind its way around the village and valleys. Descending to deep valley in Hoang Thu Pho before ascending to Ta Van Chu village where you will admire plum gardens and pear plantation.  you'll hit a single track trail and dirt road winding through plum gardens and rice fields, and past local homes and inhabitants of the villages. We gear up to head out along a 12km local trail to quan Than San then turn left on  single track trail  to Nan Sin summit. Arriving in Si Mai Cai Town. Relax and stayover night in frontier town.

Day 07: Si Mai Cai – Lung Cai – Bac Ha Bike Loop

Today is amazing day with full of highlight and cultural values when we cycle through rice terraces and around  villages to village.  Admire incredible scenic beauty, unspoiled nature and colorful hill tribal villages. 
Our cycling day will start after recharging fully energy for breakfast, we gear up our pedals and challenge steep pass to Lung phinh village where we turn off on single track trail and and dirt path to cycle rough and tough hill road, passing serries quaint villages and stunning rice terrace to Ta Cu Ty village.
We will actually immerse yourself in fairyland and outstanding landscapes of Far North Vietnam.
cycle around the Ta Cu Ty mountain range and is combination of short lose rocky part and dirt trail with some streams crosses for 22 km from Ta Cu Ty to Ban Lien village of Ban Ngo commune via some villages and hamlets of the Nung, Hmong, Dao people. Have lunch enroute
After recharging fully energy, we grear up our bikes again to challenge another 10 km of steep pass ,winding its way along mountain and tropical forest into pinnacle of mountain.  from the top of mountain, you will rewarded by breathtaking scenery and panoramic sights into dreamlike valley of Nam Khanh.
Our last stage of cycling day is long and long descent to dam of hydro power plan and ascent again short distance to undulating road leading to Bac Ha Town again.

Day 08: Bac Ha – Coc Ly – Cao Son – Muong Khuong Cycling Route

If we set schedule on Sunday market, please do not miss colorful hill tribes market on early  Sunday morning. This is actually unique market of 6 different tribles people.
Bac Ha Sunday market or to Can Cau Saturday., Sin Chen Wednesday, Lung Khau Nhin Thursday market. You spend morning time to visit and explore unique, coloful hill tribe market. You are absolutely excited with festive atmosphere. All people are preparing the best cloth for themselves before going to Market. The sound, smell are overwhelmimg in market. Inturn, you visit handycraft , cloth store to food store where  you can drink and try some thrilling foods made by hill tribes such as Corn wine, stewed horse hot pot, you should go to caslte and pet store where cat, dog, birds, chicken, horse and water buffalor are sold. This amazing area for shooting photo or admire lovingly pets. Have lunch in local restaurant. after lunch, we continue to explore remoted area, admire enchanting scenery through border lines between Vietnam and  China to Muong  khuong town.

Day 09: Muong  Khuong – Lao Cai  Off the Beaten Track

Enjoy breakfast in hotel, we  spend our time to visist an observe Sunday morning market in Muong Khuong where coloreful hill tribes from all corner of mountainous area set their way to market. This is really festive atmoshere and  public activities in  this regions.
You will be impressive on their products from some vegetable, meats until alive cattle such as Pig, Dog, Cat, Buffalo, cow, horse...are traded. Meanwhile, men, woman, teenage who are in well looking dressed exchanging their products. It is actually terrific and amazing place for travelers who are looking for exploring Vienam culture indepth.
After experiencing Sunday market, we hop our bike to cycle from Hotel  descendingly to Lao Cai City. Have picnic lunch enroute. After lunch, we coque some steep passed before rolling dow n to Lao Cai City

Day 10: Lao Cai – Ban Xeo – Muong Hum – Yty  Bike Tours

Y Ty is located at an altitude of over 2,000m, leaning back into the mountains furrowed available but its peak 2.660m high, cloud cover almost all year round. The sun may have little place that shines all day is 12 hours. Y Ty is the way to trails zigzag lines and then sank in the forest leaves, the house in the clouds looming. Is it so that when the next Y Ty, many people feel like you are entering another world, separate from the earth
Have hearty breakfast in hotel. We set off our way to Yty  on tarmac road and single track trail.. Enjoy fascinating scenery along Red riverbank on the left side. Arriving T junction  regroup and then turning into secondary road on tarmac road lead to Ban Xeo. We continue to conquer long climb to Muong Hum. You will be rewarded by extraordinary scenic beauty, thick forest and quaint hill tribe village in hillside whilst cycling descendingly to Muong Hum. 
Spend your time to visit Sunday market in Muong Hum. We kick off our pedal again to challenge another cloudy pass. You are really impressive on pristine nature and primitive nature while cycling through  Den Sang, Nhieu Co san, Ngai Tro and Y Ty. Moreover, you have good opportunity in hunting cloud and picturesque rice terrace on hillside.  Meet and talk with curious local people on the way . upon arriving Yty town ship. Enjoy hot tea with honey whislt admiring cloud hang over your head. Stay overnight in guest house or Homestay.

Day 11: Yty – U Mu Sung – Lung Po –  Mung Hum – Ban Khoang - Sapa Cycling tours

After recharging fully energy from ecolodge, we emback on bike to challenge short pass to the peak where we take panoramic view over Y Ty Valleys before descenting into misty valley with amazing route  Ngai Thau – A lu Ngai Tro – A Mu Sung,  Lung Po . we ride along frontier line between Vietnam and China to admire the picturesque scenery. Rice terraces along the road. you also spend your time to visit Lung Po where the Red River run into Vietnamse territory. We continue ride along the Red river to Trinh Tuong Commune to admire traditional architecture house of Ha Nhi Hill tribe people. we keep riding along the river to Bat Xat. Have lunch enroute and spend your time to take some highlight pictures on the way. Upon arriving in Sapa,. We do check in and relax. Or you can try  traditional herbal medicinal massage of Red Dao people for your refeshment. Have dinner in local restaurant, stay overnight at Sapa.

Day 12: SaPa  - Sau  Chua – Ta Phin – Tram Ton – Cat Cat – Sapa Mountain Bike Tours

After recharging fully energy from Hotel, Setting off new cycling adventure tours from hilltop Sapa Town, cycle and descent into Muong Hoa Valley where we turn off on single track trail, winding amongst bamboo strips and canopy forest upto Sau Chua village in North east of sapa.
You will immerse yourself into breathtaking scenery, unspoited nature over misty valleys, & rugged mountains. We continue on single track passing rustic Hmong village into junction which turning off secondary road, snaking between in rice terraces, botanical and herbal gardens to ruin Catholic church.
We challenge 5 km ascending to ruin church and then down hill on the single track to Taphin village. Ta Phin village is typical village of Red Dao ethnic minority in Sapa.
After reaching Ta phin village, we spend our time to visit and explore unique cultural activities and customs of Red Dzao People.
After interacting with local people, we get back on bike to challenge hilly road, weaving its way amongst canopy forest and rice terraces to O Quy Ho -  the highest pass of Vietnam. Here is the breathtaking view over the Muong Hoa valley, where you will have opportunity to pass by during the days cycling trip. You will get on your bike and start descending into the Sapa valley, observing the fantastic scenery of mountains and rice paddy fields along the way to Sin Chai and Cat Cat Village. Upon arriving of  village, we actually cycle and challenge short, steep and aduous pass, weaving amongst mountainside upto  Sapa town.  If you want to save your energy, we will arrange suppored vehicle to transfer back to hotel.

Day 13: Sapa  Mountain Bike Tours O Linh Ho  - Ta van -  Seo Mi ty   – Su Pan – Nam Cang

After recharging energy for active day, we embark on bikes from hotel, descenting into Muong Hoa Valley to explore all highlight of Sapa Today.   
Sapa valley boasts magnificent rice terraces, colorful hill tribe villages and breathtaking scenic beauty. You leave the hustle and bustle Sapa touristic area  behind, 
You will hop on your bike and start descending into the Sapa valley, observing the fantastic scenery of mountains and rice paddy fields along the way. After leaving Sapa town behind for a while, you make a turn and follow a dirt road to the Black Hmong village of Y Linh Ho Village, turning on concrete road and cycle on scenic road winding along bamboo strip, rice terrace and ethnic minority villages into  Lao Chai house where you will coffee and tea break  and have time to explore the village..
After refueling energy, we hop on bikes on mix terrains with paved road, off the beaten track, single track, and dirt road , cross the suspension bridge to Lao Chai – Ta Van Village,  you will meet and talk with local people on the way we passby. Or visit their home to learn their life and culture.  Crossing again the bridge to  paved road lead to Su Pan and  down to  Den Thang, Thanh kim, Thanh phu , have lunch in local family. After lunch, we continue to ride on single track, dirt road, passing many villages and stream to Nam Cang Riverside Lodge where we will stay overnight with Dao Family. Dinner and stay overnight in Homestay.

 Day 14 Nam Cang  Cycle Tours  Thanh Phu – Gia phu –  Hanoi

Wake up early in the morning to participate with local activities or just walk around the village to enjoy pristine nature and peaceful villages. Have breakfast with traditional pancake and banana cake, try herbal tea with the Host . we start our cycling from homestay, passing  villages and villages, rice terrace, streams and  buffalo road lead to  Sin Chai A, Thanh Phu, Nam Cang, Nam Sai, Suoi Thau , have lunch in Suoi Thau .
We continue to ride on undulating route and steep pass at the end of distance to Xuan Giao Section. You will be fascinated by extraordinary scenery, sublime limestone mountain and  peaceful hill tribe villages. Upon arriving of finish line,  meeting our supported vehicle ands transfer to Hanoi.
