This tour offers for those who want to experience Vietnam’s village life in untouched region.  Mountain cyclist will love this trip for the variety of trails- from good single track paths, undulating rough jeep trails to some climbs that are rewarded with ultimate descents, the ride passes through many villages, across lush rice paddies .  
As we hike in Da Bac, we encounter Muong and while Thai  in minorities and are  guests in their traditional stilt houses, allowing us  to see first hand how there people live. Beside, you have amazing opportunity in   raft rowing and swimming in crystal water lake.  You especially enjoy the specialty dishes including rice cooked in bamboo and grilled meat and enjoy watching traditional dancing, music performances ( bronze, drums, gongs), and Muong minority singing and dancing. 
Your journey continues going further in lush scenery and rich culture heritages of Thai & Muong hill tribes as we ride through Nature Reserve of Pu Luong. 
Stay with local people in Ecohome, share experiences with them to deeply understand their culture. We also have chance to ride on less toursist road lead to one of the biggest National park in Vietnam where are reserving rarely species of Lungur and Toitue in whole of Vietnam. You learn about how they are rescusing endanger animals in center. Our trip will continue heading northeast to explore ancient village – Dong Bien – Hai Hau – Nam Dinh.
Situated on Red River Delta, Nam Dinh is contiguous to Ha Nam, Thai Binh provinces on the north, Ninh Binh Province on the west and the East Sea on the east with 72km seaside. Nam Dinh is not only a granary of midland in the North but also a center of textile industry in Vietnam.

Day 1: Hanoi  -  Hoa Binh - Da Bac – Ban Sung  - Da Bia

After hearty breakfast in hotel, leaving the hustling and bustling city behind, we set off our way to Northern Vietnam. It takes 3 hours transfer on scenic route and brilliant landscapes to remoted mountainous province.. You will immerse lush scenic beauty of endless green rice fields and quaint hill tribes villages, palm trees, tea plantation and rustic daily local markets
Along the 100 km long road from Hanoi capital, a picture of Hoa Binh appears in front of visitors with a road winding along the mountainside, flickering on both sides, typical stilts house of ethnic minorities. Muong,Thai, Dao , Hmong  people. Upon arriving in  Sung Village, we have lunch in ecohomestay. Following to lunch meal, our supported vehicle continues transfer to trekking point where our local guide is waiting and  willing to assist us on hiking tour in Da Bac – Mai Chau in following days.
Setting off first day trekking tours in Da Bac – Mai Chau – Pu luong on mixed terrain from dirt trail, sinle track and tiny concrete road, winding along ructic villages, streams and hillside to slope of lush mountain. Taking panaromic view over tranquil ambience and fairyland Hoa Binh Reservoir. After immersing stunning scenery and natural setting, we descent slightly along hillside to hill tribal village. Tonight we we stay overnight in Thai Tribal village.

Day 02: Da Bia – the Gem of Da Bac – Mai Da Lodge  - Da Bia

After having hearty breakfast with Vietnamese style in Ecohomestay,  we set off new trekking day from village, following rough track trail through bamboo forest and lush vegetable on hill sides. We actually enjoy with gently and scenic trekking route along lake shore before meeting hilly and rough single trail through  canopied tropical forest and bamboo strips to cassava and Shan Tuyet Green Tea farm of hill tribe villages.
Challenging some steep, rough and rugged terrain as we trek through slope of mountain to the peak.  Descenting on single track trail through bamboo forert to Mai Da Lodge for lunch. After refueling energy, we embark on boat to explore tranquil lake and rustic village life  in bothsides of Hoa Binh Reservoir.  Our boa trip will finish in Da Bia eco  village  afternoon. the rest of time is worthwhile to explore lake by swimming and doing kayaking .

Day 03: Da Bac CBT Cycle – Boat Trip and Hiking to Xa linh – Hang Kia

Get up early to enjoy pristine nature and peaceful asmotphere. Have breakfast  with host family, spending one hour for raft rowing to discover breathtaking scenery of the lake. Swimming in crystal water. Come back to homestay chek out and start our cycling to boat dock , loading up our bike on the boat to Bai Sang. We keep riding on scenic route to admire stunning nature from another side of the Lake. Cycling  on good single track paths, undulating rough jeep trails to some climbs that are rewarded with  Mai Chau scenery panopamas
On arrival at Xa Linh we start a 3 hour trek on great jungle paths to our accommodation at the village of Hang Kia. Our accommodation will be traditional family homestays where we sleep on comfortable rollmats together in shared rooms. Tonight we have delicious local foods prepared by our cooks in the home kitchen.

Day 04: Hang Kia –Hiking – Buoc 

Breakfast and venture far off the beaten track. Trek through tropical rainforests, using the local trails and passing through corn fields as we descend into the Mai Chau valley below. The trek takes around 5 hours and is quite steep in places. Lunch will be provided at the local stall at the foot of the valley. From here we pass through several ethnic minority villages until we reach our night's destination, Cun Pheo village. by late afternoon. Have time to walk around this charming little white Thai village. Tonight we will be honoured guests in a traditional Thai stilt house. Dinner and sampling of some homemade rice wine before heading to sleep. Inclusion:Guide, homestay, all meals.

Day 05: Buoc Village Cycling on single track to Pu Luong nature Reserve

We commence cycling trip in outstanding natural beauty of Mai Chau Valley  dotted with Thai and Muong  villages between rice terraces paddies. We start early to ride  from Homestay on the mix single track paths links one village to another, you may observe how peaceful villages are in the morning! And How they living here for hundred years? You can find out your answer while we ride further in center of Villages, meet and talk with some local people on the way. we ride ascendingly through Phu Luong Nature Reserve to admire breathtaking scenery, outcrops limestone mountains and Phu Luong  panoramic beauty.

Day 06: Hiking through the gem of  Pu luong Nature to Hieu Village

Today is hard and longest day in our trekking route. However, it is blessed with rich forest and breathtaking scenery, alluring rice terrace , brilliant watefall in Hieu village.  Having breakfast with family, we commence to hike on dirt road, passing the core of Phu Luong Nature Reserve.  We have chance to meet some hill tribe villages and schools, clinic on the way . sometimes we keep hiking through rice paddies, crossing stream to anotherside of villages. Have picnic lunch en route. Following to lunch , we continue to hike through somne village to Hieu village. Upon arriving, we will enjoy fresh nature and cool waterfall nearby. Have dinner and stayover night in Eco homestay Hieu village.

Day 07: Hieu Village- Hiking to Ngoc Son Ngo Luong nature Reserve

Get up early to contemplate the pristine nature and  peacefull atmosphere in village. We wonder around village to observe the daily life of hill tribes, interact with them to understand their life. Have brilliant breakfast in homestay with out host, then say farewell them before starting new adventure day.
You will walk to Coi Gao village and then enter the forest. Today you will have a chance to trek through the trail which is said to be the most beautiful ones in the North of Vietnam. After walking under canopies of great trees, sometimes going through small springs and may be lost in the sound of nature for some hours, you will reach Ngoc Son Ngo Luong Nature Reserve. A picnic lunch will be served by the spring in the forest. Getting out of the forest, at sunset time, you will walk on the village road and capture the fascinating image of the emmissions of cooking smoke from various stilt houses of Muong ethnic people
We commence out hiking trip through  tropical forest and quaint villages to village for picnic lunch. After lunch we continue our trip to Ngoc Son Ngo Luong Nature Rerserve. We trek on single path and dirt road lead to Muong Hill tribe village where  we stay tonight.

Day 08: Ngoc Son Ngo Luong – Hiking to Ban Khanh Village

Enjoy brilliant breakfast with our host, say farewell them, we commence our new adventure day from homestay, setting off our way to Ban Khanh Village.
Hiking through peaceful village and rice paddy field to Mon Villge, crossing stream and hill side to Thuong Village where we spend  3 hours on raft trip along Buoi river Khanh Village. Enjoy tranquil and pristine nature of Cuc Phuong National Park corridor. 
Option. We just hiking through forest and along the tream to Ban Khanh Village where will stay with Muong hill tribe tonight.

Day 09: Hiking  from Ban Khanh Village -  Cuc Phuong National Park

Get up early to wander around the village to interact with local people or just observe the daily life of hill tribes inside village. Have breakfast with our host then we say good bye them.
Today is challenging  amazing adventure day in our trip whilst we spend full day to hike through Cuc Phuong National Park, admire the diversity of flora and fauna, encounter dozen griant trees with thousand years old trees on the way .  After 17 km hiking, we will arrived Bong center where our support vehicle will be available for transferring to gate of National park. Stay overnight in guesthouse of Cuc Phuong National Park.

 Day 10: Cuc Phuong National Park – Cycle to Tam Coc Scenic beauty

Today is great and amazing day with many highlights in our schedule such as cycling  through National park, spending the time for visiting Endangered primates rescued Center, pedalling on untouched region to admire pipeapple plantations. And cycle loop to expose the scenic beauty of Tam Coc – Three grottoes, Bich Dong Temple. exploring Trang An – newly classified culural and natural world heritages complex and admire outstanding landscapes of “ halong on land”, take two hours boat trip to explore incredible caves and sightseeing in Trang An natural heritage.

Day 11: Tam Coc – Tam Diep – Phat Diem – Dong Bien 

Have breakfast in resort, taking short transfer from Tam Coc - Tam Diep to avoid crowded traffic on highway. upon cycling point, setting off on scenic road, we cycle on lakeside through rice paddy fields,  peannut farms, cross some cannals and estuaries like cobweb to Phat Diem Cathedral  church. 
After visiting and exploring the history of the foundation of Church. We contiues our cycling trip on village road lead to Do Muoi Boat wharf where we take public boat to cross into Nam Dinh Province.
Landing on Nam Dinh region, we take second public boat in Trai Cau to Hai Anh tile roofed bridge. one of unique building of Vietnam traditional architecture.
we keep going on small road, winding through villages, rice padied fields and cannals to Dong Bien commune for lunch.
After lunch time, we explore historical landmarks in this village, learn about the history of village foundation.Cycling and exploring Hai Anh tile roofed Bridge, Ba Kham Cathedral Church, Co Le Ancient Pagoda, Hanh Thien Pagoda...

Day 12: Dong Bien – Dong Chau – Diem Dien – Cat Ba

Get up early to immerse the glimpse of Tonkin ‘s Natural beauty and take photo the dawn over the Ocean in horizonal line.  We start our new cycling day at the hotel after refueling.
Cycling along the coast, weaving through the casuarina groves, endless salt fields, stopping by the countryside markets to see the products of the local people.
Our journey continues on the village roads, along the canal banks, across the vast green rice fields to reach the lunch spot.
we take transfer 1 hours to Dinh Vu Seaport, upon arriving at cycling point, we commence to ride to Dinh Vu ferry Station  and catch public ferry to Cat Hai Village, we cycle through Cat Hai, and Cai Vieng Village – one of traditional fishing village – and producing fish sauce villages. Arrving in Cat Ba Island, we continue riding on the Hilling road, challenge some passes, whereas you will be rewarded by outstanding natural scenery. Stop for lunch enroute, after lunch, we keep riding to Catba Town, Arriving Hotel, check in and take shower, exploring Cat Ba Township by our own. Or go to the beach swimming. Dinner at local restaurant and stay at Cat Ba.

Day 13; Cat Ba – cycling -  hiking and  Kayaking

Our exploration adventure trip in northern Vietnam will start from hotel after breakfast, setting off our way on scenic route to Cat Ba National Park, on the way we conquer some stiff passes.
Upon arrival of Cat Ba National park, we leave our bikes in Park where we start our hiking trip through tropical forest to Viet Hai village. On the way, we have chance to admire captivating scenic beauty and thrilling soaring mountain.  Upon Viet Hai Village, do quickly visit village and take E - car to boat dock., Catching boat to transfer to cuise for exploring Lan Ha Bay.Have dinner and stayover night on Cruise.

Day 14; Cat Ba – Cycling Back Hanoi

Today is the last day of cycling in Cat Ba National Park and Lan Ha Bay cycling trip, you have time to explore the daily life of local fishmen and  experience interesting activities  on the way back to Hanoi. We start cycling from Hotel follow the coast and hilly road lead to Gia Luan Quay.. 
Taking public Ferry from Gia Luan – Tuan Chau Island for 90minutes. Upon arriving in Tuan Chau, we disembark our bikes and cycle through island to main gate. Finishing our cycle trip. we take short transferin City for lunch.  After refueling energy, our bus depart to Hanoi via Hai Phong Highway. Enjoy three hours on bus to admire stunning scenery of Vietnam Red River delta. do check in and have relax by yourself.
Farewell dinner is arranged for your group. Stay in Hanoi. Our services is finish. Many thanks for your joining once a lifetime trip with us.
