Day 01 : Lao Cai – Muong Khuong -  Bac Ha Cycle Tour

Meeting our escorted cycling guide and supported vehicle driver who take you to local restaurant for early breakfast.
After recharging energy and fitting our bikes, we hop on bikes from Lao Cai city  on tarmac road  along riverside for 5 km to intersection where we quickly turning off the beaten track trail road, winding along cozy villages, lush scenery and orchard gardens with banana and pineapple plantations.
Our Vietnam Backroads Bicycle tours continue on village road and head into the frontier district  Muong Khuong of Lao Cai, then begins a challenging but equally exciting journey whilst cycling on border belt road, witnessing the daily life of Vietnamese and hill tribal people, watching the majestic and lyrical landscape in the top part of the country.
we will also continue cycling through the valleys, the idyllic village of the Hmong people  whose is hidden in the old forest that civilization has not yet approached them. Our trip will continue further in far northeast Vietnam to explore one of worthy waiting destination in our cycling trip. Our cycling continues with 45km on gently inclining sealed road towards an uphill route over the mountain pass to Bac Ha. As we cycle up to the pass the final 15km are a tough 800m climb on unsealed road as the terrain becomes more challenging. Our efforts are rewarded with panoramic views of surrounding mountains. Bac Ha is famous for the delicious plums that grow in forests on the hillsides.

Day 02: Bac Ha – Coc Pai – Thong Nguyen Mountain Bike

We're back on the bikes today cycling to Xin Man. Our route takes us into some of the remotest areas of Northeast Vietnam. The ride begins with a 10km climb of around 400m on newly sealed road before we turn off onto unsealed rough track for the next 15km heading into rural tribal areas. Then it's a massive descent of 1000m to Xin Man. Located right on the Vietnamese/Chinese border Xin Man is hidden away in a landscape of wild mountain and forest and inhabited by 15 ethnic groups including the Nung, the Flower H'mong, the Tay, La Chi, Kinh, Hoa. After lunch we cross over the river Chay for 40km of cycling along quiet road; there is a gentle incline as we approach Hoang Su Phi. We encounter some rough sections of road along the way but are rewarded with beautiful views of the river.

Day 03: Thong Nguyen  Bike Tour Ho Thau

Spending a night in the vastness of heaven and earth, breath the fresh air and watching the mists floating on the dreamy valleys every morning are memorable experiences.
After recharging fully energy with Vietnamese style for breakfast, Embark  on bikes to challenge  new adventure cycling day trip by descending into single track trail, weaving through terraced fields, peaceful villages in the early morning, or crossing small streams leading water for irrigation cannals for the golden rice fields under the hills.
Today is another special day in the cycling journey to discover the golden season of Hoang Su Phi. We spent almost the whole day cycling through the core area of the rice fields with fields stretching from the top of the map to the valley creating extremely majestic and lyrical natural pictures. We follow the large road up steep hill for 14km to the Nam Khoa Heaven Gate. This part offers stunning scenery of thick rain forest with narrow terraced rice paddies on steep hill sides.
Refreshment before descending into  another large single dirt track for nearly 10 km along the Nam Khoa Valley to the Junction of the Nam Khoa River. Scenery features with small vallages of the Zao and the Nung surrounded by tea farms, plantation and terraced rice paddies stretching along 2 sides of the valley.
Turn left and then follow a very narrow single dirt track winding its way up and down on steep steep hills sides along the Nam Khoa River for 8 km to Ban Luoc

Day 04: Vinh Quang – Tung San – Thuong Son – Ban Me  - Ha Giang Cycling Loop

Hoang Su Phi is one of the most untouched regions of Vietnam and communities have lived in total isolation from mainstream society until very recently. At an average elevation of 800 m above sea level with high mountains, deep valleys, streams and forestland, it is an area of outstanding natural beauty and unspoiled traditional life. Today we undertake the challenge of cycling over the 'Heaven Gate 2' mountain pass +895m, en route to Tan Minh. The pass offers stunning views beneath a wide open sky.
Then follow the tarmac 25 km heading north before turning right to a dirt track which winds its way uphill the Tay Con Linh, the second highest mountain range of Vietnam for 2 hours to the top of the pass. Enjoy some stops to visit small villages of the Zao peoples. Lunch break at the top.
After recharging fully energy for arduous day, hop back on bikes  and descent into new paved road, winding along a stunning stream, amongst wild nature and later impressive terraced rice field for nearly 3 hours to Thuong Son commune of the Nung and Zao ethnic.

Day 05: Ha Giang - Bike Tour Quan Ba – Yen Minh

Setting off this morning we head out of town cycling for the first 25km on roughly snaking road through the landscape of terraced rice paddy fields. Passing through minority villages we cycle the next 25km up winding roads into the vast limestone mountain range with its perpendicular walls of rock, climbing 800m towards the mountain road pass 'Heaven gate'. As we pass through mountain villages sometimes covered by cloud, we will receive a friendly greeting from the local communities. From the pass we can look down at amazing views, including the famous vista of the Tam Son valley with the 'Twin Hills and can spy Quan Ba town, our destination, in its beautiful location. It's mainly downhill for the last 15km into Quan Ba.having luch in Quan Ba. After lunch. We kick off our bike to  cycle uphill for the first few km before a descent of around 10km and then relatively flat terrain for the next 10km. It's a challenging up and down terrain to an altitude of 1.025m before we make a final descent for the last 15km into Yenh Minh. We will have the chance to see the traditional homes of the local hill tribes. The communities in this area are Chinese

Day 06: Yen Minh Climb over the Rocky Plateau to Dong Van Cycle Trip

Today we cycle on semi-surfaced quiet roads as we undertake a challenging uphill ride out of dense cedar forest onto the rocky Dong Van plateau. A registered UNESCO Global Geopark, 80% of the terrain is covered by rock and it is said to contain fossils from 400-600million years ago. Nestled in a valley in the heart of the Rock Plateau, is the isolated town of Dong Van, very close to the Chinese border and surrounded by mountain forest and multi-coloured orchids. Meaning 'sharing culture' Dong Van is occupied by Chinese Hoa, and H'mong, Tay and Kinh People. The houses are built in Chinese style.
As we cycle on the modest road from Dong Van to Meo Vac alongside a vast gorge, the views are spectacular. This is a winding and undulating road with the sight of the Nho Que River below. From the Ma Phi Leng Pass we look down from an altitude of around 1500m into the valley. We stay tonight in the small town of Meo Vac. Most of the tribes living here have preserved their way of life from outside influence as travelling to Meo Vac was almost impossible until the recent construction of new roads.

Day 07: Dong Van  Bike Ride Meo Vac  - Khau Vai - Bao Lac

Today is actually interesting and fascinating day in our trip, make sure that you will be recharged fully energy for your breakfast.
Due to cycle in remoted and untouched region on single track trail and cross over bamboo raft of Nho Que River, linking between Meo Vac & Bao Lac today, our supported vehicle will not able to follow and support our group,
We highly recommend to take some energy bars and  gels drinks with your day bag on the way to guarante our effort to challenge whole cycling distance today.
After recharging energy from local restaurant, we will be back on bike to gear up our pedals on rough and narrow road lead to Khau Vai where we observe the architecture of Hmong House and the daily life in this village.
We continue on concrete road with rough and tough slope of hillside wind its way around the village and valleys to Khau Vai Stone Maze village where you will admire rocky mountains  and Nho Que emerald water river.  
Descending to bamboo ferry raft in Khau Vai  and gear up again to hit a single track trail and dirt road winding through rugged mountain and corn fields, and past local homes and inhabitants of the villages. We gear up and challenge the last steep 12km local trail, winding its way along magnificent valley  to Bao Lac town

Day 08: Bao Lac to Son Lo   -  Ba Be Cycle Journey

Today is definitely tough and arduous cycling day in our trip, however, we will be rewarded by outstanding scenery and breathtaking sights in road.
Have breakfast with Vietnamese styles in  local restaurant, we hoop up our bikes from hotel, cycling and challenging 12 km steep pass., wind its way on slope  and rugged  mountains. sometimes, we stop on way to capture brilliant pictures in deep valleys or rice terrace along hillsides.we quickly ride on pinnacle  of mountain and plunging into peaceful village.
we actually meet long and tough hilly passes from here and winding its way through rugged  and dangerous mountains from three storeies to 15 storeies before descending into dreamlike valley for picnic lunch.
We continue along challenging terrain, but the unparalleled beauty of our surroundings more than compensates for the challenges of the cycling.we have lunch on summit. After lunch time . we  ride descendingly to Ba Be National Park.

Day 09: Ba Be - Thai Nguyen  to Hanoi Cycle Tour

This morning we pack up our bikes on boat for half day exploring Ba Be Lake. Enjoy breathtaking scenery and kaster limestone mountains.take your bike on land and we ride on single track to visit Dau Dang Water Fall , hill tribe villages. come back our boat to explore another side of the lake and cycle through rustic villages back to eco Village. Load up our bike on truck. We depart to Hanoi via Thai Nguyen. Upon arriving in Hanoi  in late afternoon.

Deposit and ballance payment
A non –refundable deposit of 30% per person is required at the time you make a reservation. If the booking can not be confirmed your deposit will be refunded in full. The final ballance is due 30 days prior to the commencement of your holiday and is payable by cash or internet banking. Failure to pay by due date could result in cancellation

Payment by credit card
Cash price are shown as per the price  insert. We welcome credit card payment by VISA or MASTERCARD for your convennience but owning to the bank charges we are forced to apply a 3% surcharge to every credit card transaction. 
Booking Amendments
If you alter your booking after confirmation of your reservation and amendment fee of $ % per booking will be charged to cover administration costs incurred. If you change your reservations after the holiday has commenced. Our company can not accepted any liability for loss, damage and additional expense and no refund will be made.
Cancellation:
If we cancel your booking : if the trip is cancelled  due to natural disaster such as flooding, earthquake etc. Or insufficient participants to proceed with a tour, the operator reserves the right to cancel a trip 25 days prior to commencement. A full refund of all monies paid will be refunded. We shall endeavour to provide a suitable alternative where possible.
If you cancel your booking: Notification of cancellation will be made to our company in writing. The date when written confirmation of cancellation is received by Our Company is determine the charges applicable. Loss of money is  paid as follows:

Complaints
Any complaints should be communicated to the company’ staff as soon as it arises.
