Day 1: Hanoi Transfer Tuyen Quang and Cycle to Ha Giang

Having hearty breakfast in hotel, leaving the hustling and bustling city behind, our shuttle bus take two hours to cycling point. Upon cycling point, we kick off our bikes and cycle on scenic road, passing cozy villages and stunning farmlands to Son Duong town for lunch.
Following to lunch meals, we hop up our bike on tarmac road and marvelous scenery to Tuyen Quang then turn off on Nartional road No 2 to Vi Xuyen Town. Transferrring the rest distance to Ha Giang for check in . Chek in hotel and have dinner in local restaurant.

Day 2: Ha Giang – Quang Ba – Yen Minh

Setting off this morning we head out of town cycling for the first 25km on relatively snaking road through the landscape of terraced rice paddy fields. Passing through minority villages we cycle the next 25km up winding roads into the vast limestone mountain range with its perpendicular walls of rock, climbing 800m towards the mountain road pass “Heaven gate 1”. As we pass through mountain villages sometimes covered by cloud, we will receive a friendly greeting from the local communities. From the pass we can look down at amazing views, including the famous vista of the Tam Son valley with the ‘Twin Hills and can spy Quan Ba town, Have lunch on summit and enjoy picturesque scenery. After lunch meal we set off our bike to descend to river and ride along to Gam river until we meet another pass again. We cycle uphill for the first few km before a descent of around 10km and then relatively flat terrain for the next 10km. It’s a challenging up and down terrain to an altitude of 1.025m before we make a final descent for the last 15km into Yenh Minh. We will have the chance to see the traditional homes of the local hill tribes. The communities in this area are Chinese.

Day 3: Yen Minh – Lung Cu - Dong Van

Today is great and incredible day with us whilst cycling in the heart of world listed Dong Van Karst Plateau Geopark
Have hearty breakfast in hotel and take a quick visit colourful hill tribe market nearby hotel and then commence cycling on the way of Happiness road to Dong Van. You are rewarded by pristine nature and magnificent karsk Plateau scenery while cycling ascending to summit. Stop to visit and explore Hmong King Palace ( Vuong Chi Sinh Palace) and then we continue cycling to Lung Cu Pole Flag Tower. Have lunch enroute. After lunch we keep riding on back road to Dong Van Town. Upon arriving, do check in and have relax by your own.

Day 4: Dong Van - Meo Vac - Mau Due – Du Gia

As we cycle on the modest road from Dong Van to Meo Vac alongside a vast gorge, the views are spectacular. This is a winding and undulating road with the sight of the Nho Que River below. From the Ma Phi Leng Pass we look down from an altitude of around 1500m into the valley.. Most of the tribes living here have preserved their way of life from outside influence as travelling to Meo Vac was almost impossible until the recent construction of new roads. Upon arriving in Meo Vac Town. Regroup and tea break will be available. After refreshment, we hop off our bike on tarmac road, cycling through the core of Dong Van Karst Geopark. You will be rewarded by marvelous scenery and picturesque karstic formation of UNESCO Listed.

Day 5: Du Gia – Ha Giang – Transfer back Hanoi

Having hearty breakfast pancake with our host, we commence our last cycling trip from Ecovillage, cycling on back road to Bac Me bunger then turn off the province road 181 lead to Minh Ngoc Town.
Today is definitely tough and challenging day in our trip whilst we cycle and conqure three steep passes to Ha Giang. However, we will be rewarded by brilliant scenery and dreamlike sightseeing on route. After conquering the last pass Minh Ngoc to Ha Giang, will be finished our cycling trip in Ha Giang. Enjoy lunch meal in local restaurant. Transfer 6 hours by Van back to Hanoi.

Price of The trip & rate:
Cost are based in USD $ and coverted to Vietnamese Dong ( VND). Therefore all costs are subject to currency fluctuations. If you wish to avoid any currency surchages should there be a change in the exchange rate, you can pay for your trip inadvance of the balance date. Please ask our reservation staff to issue an invoice for your final payment.. Please note invoice are valid for two days then rewiewed. According to exchange rates. Child rate are available.
Tour price and exchange rate are based on tour cost and exchange rate at 2024 and are subject to change. Costs shown are in American Dollar. ( USD) unless otherwise countries in Euro . we have made every effort to ensure itinerary documents accuracy at the time of going to print. However, Our company can not be held any responsible for typographical errors or errors arising from unforseen circumstance.

Health and Fittness

Booking Conditions:

Deposit and ballance payment
A non –refundable deposit of 30% per person is required at the time you make a reservation. If the booking can not be confirmed your deposit will be refunded in full. The final ballance is due 30 days prior to the commencement of your holiday and is payable by cash or internet banking. Failure to pay by due date could result in cancellation

Payment by credit card
Cash price are shown as per the price insert. We welcome credit card payment by VISA or MASTERCARD for your convennience but owning to the bank charges we are forced to apply a 3% surcharge to every credit card transaction.

Booking Amendments
If you alter your booking after confirmation of your reservation and amendment free fee per booking will be charged to cover administration costs incurred. If you change your reservations after the holiday has commenced. Our company can not accepted any liability for loss, damage and additional expense and no refund will be made.

Cancellation:
If we cancel your booking : if the trip is cancelled due to natural disaster such as flooding, earthquake etc. Or insufficient participants to proceed with a tour, the operator reserves the right to cancel a trip 25 days prior to commencement. A full refund of all monies paid will be refunded. We shall endeavour to provide a suitable alternative where possible.
If you cancel your booking: Notification of cancellation will be made to our company in writing. The date when written confirmation of cancellation is received by Our Company is determine the charges applicable. Loss of money is paid as follows:

Complaints
Any complaints should be communicated to the company’ staff as soon as it arises. Failure to notify our company’ staff at the time, providing company with an opportunity to rectify the cause of complaint, may result in the lost of any legal rights in respect of the particular matters.. if the issue is not solved, then the complaint should be made in writing within 28 working days of the end of the tour
