cycling trip will take us on an incredible journey along a scenic route and through some of the most impressive karstic formations in Vietnam. From Meo Vac to Du Gia – Na Tong, we'll experience a breathtaking transformation in scenery and elevation, from highland to lowland.

Day 01: Hanoi – Mau A–  Ngoi Thia – Suoi Giang Cycling Tour

After a fantastic breakfast at the hotel, we'll be leaving the buzzing city behind and setting off on a scenic route to Mau A junction for over three hours in our support vehicle.
As soon as we arrive at the cycling point, we get ready to ride! We warm up on our bikes and then set off along the most incredible scenery and landscapes in the Far North of Vietnam.
We start our ascent up some truly incredible passes, winding our way through the stunning hillside and tough slopes of the mountain to the summit, a 15 km journey. We check our gears and jackets before plunging into a dreamlike valley for a picnic lunch. 
Once we've had a chance to recharge our energy, we gear up our bikes and continue cycling on an ascending route, passing stunning rice terraces and rustic hill tribal villages on our way to Van Chan Town. Once we've had a chance to recharge our energy, we're back on our bikes ready to take on some medium-level passes! We'll be cycling along forest and hillside to Suoi Giang.

Day 02:  Suoi Giang – Bike Tour Tu Le

After a hearty breakfast at the Ecolodge, we set off on a new cycling adventure! We're starting the day from a hilltop to admire stunning ancient tea plantations and rugged mountain range vistas.
Today is going to be an amazing cycling trip! We'll be spending the whole day cycling and conquering series of steep passes winding their way along slopes in the mountains. The terrain is short and steep, but we're ready for it! We'll be cycling 47 km on a rough and tough road through a picturesque valley and fascinating rice paddies. The scenery and landscapes along the way are going to be incredible, and we're excited to push our pedals and keep moving steadily.
Take your time to feast your eyes on the incredible scenery and interact with the friendly locals in the north of Vietnam. Visiting and taking pictures is a truly amazing experience. Then, we'll start riding from the hotel to Tu Le, stopping for lunch along the way. We'll ride up 8 km to the slope to take in the breathtaking view of Tu Le town and the surrounding area.
After that, we'll roll down to town and relax by swimming and bathing in the hot spring stream with the locals. Then it's time for dinner and an overnight stay at the resort!

Day 03: Tu Le – Mu Cang Chai  Cycling Tours  Than Uyen 

What a fantastic day it's going to be! We're starting off with a great long climb pass (Khau Pa pass 25 km long), then we'll be taking in three villages with extraordinary, stunning rice terraces which are listed as National Rice Terraces Heritage of Vietnam. We'll then be following an undulating road along the river to Thanh Uyen.
Once you've had a chance to recharge at the hotel, we'll set off on our bikes! We'll take it easy at first, with a short warm-up climb up the 25 km long Khau Pha pass. This is one of the fifth longest and most challenging passes in northern Vietnam, but the views are well worth it! As we make our way up, we'll enjoy the fresh morning air and take in the outstanding landscape features. Once we reach the summit, we'll have a well-deserved coffee and tea break with some snacks. Then it's time to descend to Mu Cang Chai. 
Mu Cang Chai is a lovely district of Yen Bai Province with a population of 85% H'Mong people, who are the proud hosts of the stunning National Rice Terraces. After lunch in Mu Cang Chai Town, we'll explore the market and then continue riding to Than Uyen. Upon arrival in Than Uyen, we'll check in and relax for dinner time. We'll stay overnight in Than Uyen.

Day 04: Than Uyen  Bike Ride Bao Ha – Vinh yen

Once we've had a chance to recharge our energies at the resort, we're ready to hit the road again! We'll be setting off on the asphalt road to the intersection where we'll turn onto National Way 279. This route takes us through some truly breathtaking mountain scenery and peaceful villages, eventually bringing us to Van Ban town. 
Today is going to be a really challenging but incredible cycling day on our trip! We're in for a treat today! We'll be cycling on a paved road, a mixed road, and even a concrete road. We'll have the chance to challenge ourselves with some steep passes, cycling through a winding route with sharp turns and hairpin bends. And the best part? We'll be stopping for lunch in Bao Ha! Once we've had a chance to recharge our energy, we'll continue on our lovely undulating route and take on the steep pass at the end of the distance to Xuan Giao Section. You'll be blown away by the incredible scenery, the stunning limestone mountains and the peaceful hill tribe villages. Once we've finished our ride, we'll meet our support vehicle and then get transferred the rest of the way to the ecolodge. You're more than welcome to check in and have dinner in Cinnamon Forest.

Day 05: Vinh Yen – Nghia Do – Ban Lien – Bac Ha Mountain Bike

Today is an absolutely amazing day! It's full of highlights and cultural values as we cycle through rice terraces and around villages.  Get ready to be blown away by the incredible scenic beauty, unspoiled nature and colourful hill tribal villages! 
After a hearty breakfast to recharge our batteries, we'll set off on our bikes from the Ecolodge. We'll be cycling on an asphalt road for 20 km to Nghia Do section, where we'll turn off onto a single track trail and dirt path. Get ready for a rough and tough hill road, passing serene villages and stunning rice terraces to Tan Tien Commune!
Get ready to be immersed in a magical world of breathtaking landscapes in the northernmost region of Vietnam! And now for something really challenging! We're going to gear up and tackle 12 km from Tan Xuan to the top of Ban Lien pass. Once we reach the mountain slope, we'll embark on an exhilarating descent to Ban Lien village for a picnic lunch.
Once you've had a chance to recharge, it's time to get back on your bike and tackle another 10 km of steep passes! Winding its way along mountain and tropical forest, this route will take you to the pinnacle of the mountain. And the views from the top are absolutely breathtaking! You'll be rewarded with panoramic sights into the dreamlike valley of Nam Khanh.
And now for the grand finale! We're in for a treat with our last stage of the cycling day, a long and thrilling descent to the dam of the hydro power plant, followed by a short but sweet ascent to the undulating road leading to Bac Ha Town.

Day 06: Bac Ha  Cycle Tour  Lung Phinh – LungCai – Na Ma – Coc Pai -  Ho Thau

Today is an absolutely amazing day! It's full of highlights and cultural values as we cycle through rice terraces and around villages.  Get ready to be blown away by the incredible scenic beauty, unspoiled nature and colourful hill tribal villages! 
After a hearty breakfast to recharge our batteries, we'll set off on our bikes for an invigorating day of cycling! We'll take a short transfer to avoid a steep pass to Lung Phinh village, where we'll turn off onto a single track trail and dirt path. Get ready for a challenging but rewarding hill road, passing through charming villages and breathtaking rice terraces to Lung Cai commune.
We're almost there! Just one last steep hill to conquer on the scenic route, passing many authentic Hmong hill tribe villages to Nam Ma for a well-deserved break.  Once we've had a chance to recharge our batteries, we'll gear up our bikes for a thrilling ride along a winding road with sharp bends and a slope that then plunges into Coc Pai town for a picnic lunch!
After our delicious picnic lunch, we'll be back on our bikes for another amazing ride! We'll be following a winding road along the river, taking in the incredible scenery of the rice terraces and the magnificent mountain ranges with their hill tribe villages. Get ready to conquer a long climb on a winding road that will lead you to the slope of Ho Thau Village!

Day 07: Ho Thau – Nam Son -  Thong Nguyen – Ha giang Cycling Loop

At an average elevation of 800 m above sea level, this area boasts high mountains, deep valleys, streams and forestland, making it an area of outstanding natural beauty and unspoiled traditional life. 
Today is another amazing day in our cycling journey to discover the golden season of Hoang Su Phi! We spent the whole day cycling through the incredible core area of the rice fields, with the fields stretching from the top of the map all the way down to the valley. It was truly breathtaking! Our cycling journey continues on mixed terrain roads through the terraced fields and idyllic ethnic villages, taking us to Nam Hong village. You'll feel on top of the world! This afternoon, we're in for a treat as we make our descent, cycling past villages, rice and maize terraces cultivated by the Red Dao and Tay tribes. As we cycle along our route to Tan Quang nestled down in the valley, the air is filled with the aromatic scents of cardamom and star anise.
For the final stretch of this long day's cycling, we take it easy with a leisurely 46km cycle along the Lo river bank through unspoiled countryside to Ha Giang, the sleepy capital of Ha Giang Province and approx 215 miles (350 km) northwest of Hanoi. This is the incredible, historic Silk Road!

Day 08:  Ha Giang  Cycle Tour Quan Ba – Yen Minh

We set off this morning, raring to go! We're heading out of town on a cycling adventure for the first 25km, taking in the incredible scenery of terraced rice paddy fields along the way. We then have the incredible opportunity to cycle through minority villages, before embarking on the next 25km up winding roads into the vast limestone mountain range with its perpendicular walls of rock. We'll be climbing 800m towards the mountain road pass "Heaven Gate 1" – what an adventure! As we pass through mountain villages sometimes covered by cloud, we will receive a friendly greeting from the local communities, which is always a wonderful surprise! From the pass, we can enjoy incredible views, including the famous Tam Son Valley with its stunning Twin Hills. We can even see Quan Ba town! We'll have lunch on the summit and take in the breathtaking scenery. After a delicious lunch, we're off again on our bikes! We'll be riding down to the river and then along to the Gam river until we meet another pass. We get to cycle uphill for the first few km before we get to enjoy a descent of around 10km. Then it's on to relatively flat terrain for the next 10km! Get ready for an exhilarating ride as we tackle the challenging terrain, ascending and descending to an altitude of 1,025 metres. Then, for the grand finale, we'll embark on a thrilling descent for the last 15 kilometres into Yen Minh. We'll even get to see the traditional homes of the local hill tribes! The communities in this area are Chinese, and they are absolutely wonderful!

Day 09: Yen Minh Climb over the Rocky Plateau to Dong Van, 

Today we're going on a lovely bike ride on some quiet roads. We're going to have a bit of a challenge going up out of the dense cedar forest and onto the rocky Dong Van plateau, but we'll do it together! This incredible place is a registered UNESCO Global Geopark, and it's easy to see why! 80% of the terrain is covered by rock, and it is said to contain fossils from 400-600 million years ago. The lovely town of Dong Van is tucked away in a valley at the heart of the Rock Plateau. It's very close to the Chinese border and surrounded by gorgeous mountain forest and multi-coloured orchids. The lovely town of Dong Van is home to a wonderful mix of people, including Chinese Hoa, H'mong, Tay and Kinh. The houses here are built in a lovely Chinese style.
As we cycle on the lovely road from Dong Van to Meo Vac alongside a vast gorge, we are treated to some truly spectacular views. This road is really lovely, winding and undulating, and the Nho Que River is right there below us. From the Ma Phi Leng Pass, we look down from around 1500m into the valley. We're staying tonight in the small town of Meo Vac. It's so lovely to see that most of the tribes living here have preserved their way of life from outside influence, as travelling to Meo Vac was almost impossible until the recent construction of new road

Day 10: Dong Van  Mountain Bikes Tours – Mau Due – Du Gia Bike Ride

What a fantastic day for discovering and conquering the incredible Dong Van geological plateau!
After a delicious breakfast at a local restaurant, treat yourself to some delicious bread with chicken or egg, or noodle soup with beef or chicken. Then, relax with a cup of strong coffee! We start our cycling journey at the border town of Dong Van, where we embark on a bike ride to enjoy 2 km on a flat road before conquering the incredible pass – Ma Phi Leng, which connects Dong Van and Meo Vac. The views are absolutely incredible as we cycle up the mountain to take in the extraordinary sights and admire the sparkling waters of the Nho Que River. We then take on a challenging 7 km ascent on a winding road with sharp turns to the top. Then it's time for the best part: cycling downhill for 16 km along the hillside and a winding route to Meo Vac Town! And then, we arrive in Meo Vac! We regroup and get ready to take on the challenge again on the route from Meo Vac to Mau Due!
Next, we're back on our bikes to test our endurance with a slope of more than 5 km and an altitude of more than 200 metres on a gravel road. We'll also conquer the concrete zigzags through the cliffs to reach the Sa Phin village! And now for something truly spectacular! The long slope begins to pass through the towering cat-eared rocky mountains or weaves through a forest of high sharp rocks to create a scene that is as majestic, mysterious and poetic as contemplative rock paintings. It's a truly awe-inspiring sight, boasting the vastness of heaven and earth. Our journey quickly descends to the valley, where we meet the second pass, the M-pass. This crossing takes us across both sides of the mountain range, leading us to Mau Due valley for lunch.
After refuelling for the next journey, we conquer the remaining two passes: Mau Due Lung Ho Summit and Du Gia valley. The beautiful scenery on the road always fills us with excitement and energy, ready to take on the last stretch!

Day 11: Du Gia – Lung Ho – Thai An – Thuan Hoa – Ha Giang  Cycle Loop

Start your day with a hearty breakfast at a local Vietnamese restaurant before setting off on a new cycling adventure from the Ecolodge. Get ready to challenge an incredible pass that winds its way along a hillside and up a slope of a mountain to the Lung Ho Summit! You'll be blown away by the incredible panoramic vista with rugged, rocky mountain ranges over Lung Ho Valley. Get ready to be amazed by the sunrise over the mysterious valley and dreamlike landscapes in the villages!
Get ready for an exhilarating challenge as we make our way up a steep pass with a winding route and plenty of switchbacks to the summit. After taking in the incredible views, we'll refuel with refreshing cold water and a tasty snack before descending to Lung Ho Commune. Here, we'll turn off the main road and embark on an adventure through narrow valleys lined with corn fields and groundnut plantations.
We quickly hit the second steep hill and are thrilled to take it on, winding our way along the canopy forest and hillsides up to the summit.
Time for a quick refreshment stop before we dive into the mysterious valleys for a picnic lunch! Once we've had a chance to recharge our batteries, we'll gear up our bikes and tackle the steep hilltop to Thai An.
Then it's on to Ha Giang Town for the next stage of our cycling adventure! When you arrive at the hotel, make sure you check in and then treat yourself to a well-deserved rest! Our second day in Ha Giang Town is going to be amazing! We're going to explore the city and try the local beer. Then it's time for dinner and an overnight stay in Ha Giang!

Day 12: Ha Giang   Bike Tour Ngoc Minh – Lam Binh

After a hearty breakfast in the hotel, we set off on our adventure! We're leaving the bustling city behind and setting off for the Lam Binh Eco Tourist Community. We're off on another amazing cycling adventure! We'll be leaving the city behind and heading out on a scenic route through some beautiful villages. Get ready to immerse yourself in the stunning scenery and rural landscapes of the lowlands and river views! We'll be treated to some truly breathtaking views as we cycle through stunning farmland, replanted forests and lush rice paddy fields. A truly peaceful village life, nestled along the hillside.
Then it's time for lunch! After that, we'll get back on our bikes for a ride on a rolling, scenic road. We'll even tackle a few steep hills before descending into the beautiful Tuyen Quang Reservoir Lake. We'll be cycling on a brand-new gravel road, passing through lots of lovely villages on our way to Khuon Ha Village, Thuong Lam Commune, where our fantastic ecohomestay is waiting for us!

Day 13: Lam Binh Boat Trip – Na Hang – Ba Be Cycle Trip

Today is going to be an amazing day on our trip! We're spending the morning exploring the incredible dreamlike lake by boat, then we're cycling the rest of the way to Ba Lake for an overnight stay.
After a delicious breakfast with our wonderful hosts, we say goodbye and set off on our bikes, heading to the boat dock to start our amazing boat trip! We'll be exploring the stunning scenery and sparkling waters of the lake. And there's more! We'll stop along the way to admire some unique islets and a breathtaking waterfall. Then it's time for lunch on the boat! After a delicious lunch, our boat reached the Na Hang boat dock! And now for the best bit! We end our boat trip and start our cycling trip to Ba Be Lake. Get ready for an incredible challenge! We're going to be riding over a pass that's over 20 km long. Time for a well-deserved break before we descend to Cho Ra town! Then it's on to Pak Ngoi Ecovillage, where you'll enjoy a 13 km cycle through the village and national park. 
And now for something different! If you're looking to relax on the boat today, we've got just the thing! We'll connect with a second boat trip from Dau Dang Waterfall, then take a boat trip to explore the stunning emerald-coloured lake to Ngoi Thia Ecohomestay.

Day 14: Ba Be – Hanoi  Cycle Tour

You'll have the chance to explore the lush tea farms, admire the palm leaves, take in the beauty of the gum trees, and even meet some ethnic minorities in their villages. And the best part? Our cycling adventure will wrap up after lunch, so you can relax and enjoy a smooth ride back to Hanoi in the van. We'll arrive in Hanoi, check in to our room and enjoy a farewell dinner at a local restaurant. Then, we'll spend the night in the heart of Hanoi!

Policy
Deposit and ballance payment
A non –refundable deposit of 30% per person is required at the time you make a reservation. If the booking can not be confirmed your deposit will be refunded in full. The final ballance is due 30 days prior to the commencement of your holiday and is payable by cash or internet banking. Failure to pay by due date could result in cancellation
Payment by credit card
Cash price are shown as per the price  insert. We welcome credit card payment by VISA or MASTERCARD for your convennience but owning to the bank charges we are forced to apply a 3% surcharge to every credit card transaction. 
Booking Amendments
If you alter your booking after confirmation of your reservation and amendment fee of $ Zero per booking will be charged to cover administration costs incurred. If you change your reservations after the holiday has commenced. Our company can not accepted any liability for loss, damage and additional expense and no refund will be made.
Cancellation:
If we cancel your booking : if the trip is cancelled  due to natural disaster such as flooding, earthquake etc. Or insufficient participants to proceed with a tour, the operator reserves the right to cancel a trip 25 days prior to commencement. A full refund of all monies paid will be refunded. We shall endeavour to provide a suitable alternative where possible.
If you cancel your booking: Notification of cancellation will be made to our company in writing. The date when written confirmation of cancellation is received by Our Company is determine the charges applicable. Loss of money is  paid as follows

Snail Adventure Tours Co.,Ltd assume no  liability for the lost or damage to property or for injury, illness or death or for any damage or claims however so caused aring directly or indirectly from accidents, loss or damage to persons or properity, delays, transport failures, strikes, wars, uprising or acts of Gods over which we have no control, the owners, contractors, ans suppliers have no responsibility if museum/ galleries etc are closed or being  renovated during  your visit
Complaints
Any complaints should be communicated to the company’ staff as soon as it arises. Failure to notify our company’ staff at the time, providing company with an opportunity to rectify the cause of complaint, may result in the lost of any legal rights in respect of the particular matters.. if the issue is not solved, then the complaint should be made in writing within 28 working days of the end of the tour
