Day 01: Hanoi Arrival – Transfer to Lao Cai

Vietnam's beautiful and tranquil capital lies at the heart of the northern Red River Delta. It is a city of lakes and leafy boulevards that still retains an air of French colonial elegance. The fine coffee and perfect baguettes have led some to call Hanoi the 'Paris of the East' but the city's roots go all the way back to 1010 AD. 
On arrival in Hanoi, you will be met and transferred to Lao Cai Border city for 4 hours. You will explore and enjoy pristine nature of the north Vietnam. 
Have lunch enroute. Following to lunch time. Our shuttle bus takes you through lush scenery and rustic hill tribe villge to Lao Cai city. Chek in hotel and  have dinner in local restaurant. , Lao Cai-  the border city to China. 
This is the principal town in Lao Cai Province in North Eastern Vietnam, bordering Yunnan province, China. The border was closed from 1979 -1993 following war with China and the town mainly consists of modern architecture constructed since then. The town is now a popular destination for those journeying between Hanoi or Sa Pa and Kunming in China, and a key trading post.

Day 02: Lao Cai – Ban Vuoc – Muong Hum – Y Ty

Y Ty is located at an altitude of over 2,000m, leaning back into the mountains furrowed available but its peak 2.660m high, cloud cover almost all year round. The sun may have little place that shines all day is 12 hours. Y Ty is the way to trails zigzag lines and then sank in the forest leaves, the house in the clouds looming. Is it so that when the next Y Ty, many people feel like you are entering another world, separate from the earth
Setting off new cycling day from local restaurant, cycling on asphalt road along Red River look forward to Y Ty hilltop.We embark on bikes on newly paved  frontier road between Vietnam and China. You will be fascinated by pristine nature and magnificent  untouched scenery.   Arriving intersection regroup and then ride on tarmac road lead to Ban Vuoc village. We continue to conquer long climb to Ban Xeo. You will be rewarded by extraordinary scenic beauty, thick forest and quaint hill tribe village in hillside whilst cycling descendingly to Muong Hum. Spend your time to visit Sunday market in Muong Hum. We kick off our pedal again to challenge another cloudy pass. You are really impressive on pristine nature and primitive nature while cycling through  Den Sang, Nhieu Co san, Ngai Tro and Y Ty. Moreover, you have good opportunity in hunting cloud and picturesque rice terrace on hillside.  Meet and talk with curious local people on the way . upon arriving Yty town ship. Enjoy hot tea with honey whislt admiring cloud hang over your head. Stay overnight in guest house or Homestay.

Day 03: Yty – U Mu Sung – Lung Po –  Mung Hum – Ban Khoang - Sapa

After recharging fully energy from ecolodge, we embark on bike to challenge short pass to the peak where we take panoramic view over Y Ty Valleys before descenting into misty vaalley with amazing route  Ngai Thau – A lu Ngai Tro – A Mu Sung,  Lung Po . ride along frontier line between Vietnam and China to admire the picturesque scenery. Rice terraces along the road. you also spend your time to visit Lung Po where the Red River run into Vietnamse territory. We continue ride along the Red river to Trinh Tuong Commune to admire traditional architecture house of Ha Nhi Hill tribe people.  Have lunch in Lung Pho Commune. After lunch, we keep riding along the river to Bat Xat.Have lunch enroute and spend your time to take some highlight pictures on the way. Upon arriving in Sapa,. We do check in and relax. Or you can try  traditional herbal medicine massage of Red Dao people for your refeshment. Have dinner in local restaurant, stay overnight at Sapa.

Day 04: SaPa  - Sau  Chua – Ta Phin – Tram Ton – Cat Cat – Sapa

After recharging fully energy from Hotel, Setting off new cycling adventure tours from hilltop Sapa Town, cycle and descent into Muong Hoa Valley where we turn off on single track trail, winding amongst bamboo strips and canopy forest upto Sau Chua village in North east of sapa. You will immerse yourself into breathtaking scenery, unspoited nature over misty valleys, & rugged mountains. We continue on single track passing rustic Hmong village into junction which turning off secondary road, snaking between in rice terraces, botanical and herbal gardens to ruin Catholic church.
We challenge 5 km ascending to ruin church and then down hill on the single track to Taphin village. Ta Phin village is typical village of Red Dao ethnic minority in Sapa.
After reaching Ta phin village, we spend our time to visit and explore unique cultural activities and customs of Red Dzao People.
After interacting with local people, we get back on bike to challenge hilly road, weaving its way amongst canopy forest and rice terraces to O Quy Ho -  the highest pass of Vietnam. Here is the breathtaking view over the Muong Hoa valley, where you will have opportunity to pass by during the days cycling trip. You will get on your bike and start descending into the Sapa valley, observing the fantastic scenery of mountains and rice paddy fields along the way to Sin Chai and Cat Cat Village. Upon arriving of  village, we actually cycle and challenge short, steep and aduous pass, weaving amongst mountainside upto  Sapa town.  If you want to save your energy, we will arrange suppored vehicle to transfer back to hotel.

Day 05: Sapa – O Linh Ho  - Ta Van -  Seo Mi ty   – Su Pan – Nam Cang

After recharging energy for active day, we embark on bikes from hotel, descenting into Muong Hoa Valley to explore all highlight of Sapa Today.   
Sapa valley boasts magnificent rice terraces, colorful hill tribe villages and breathtaking scenic beauty. You leave the hustle and bustle Sapa touristic area  behind, 
You will hop on your bike and start descending into the Sapa valley, observing the fantastic scenery of mountains and rice paddy fields along the way. After leaving Sapa town behind for a while, you make a turn and follow a dirt road to the Black Hmong village of Y Linh Ho Village, turning on concrete road and cycle on scenic road winding along bamboo strip, rice terrace and ethnic minority villages into  Lao Chai house where you will coffee and tea break  and have time to explore the village..
After refueling energy, we hop on bikes on mix terrains with paved road, off the beaten track, single track, and dirt road , cross the suspension bridge to Lao Chai – Ta Van Village, you will meet and talk with local people on the way we passby. Or visit their home to learn their life and culture.  Crossing again the bridge to  paved road lead to Su Pan and down to  Den Thang, Thanh kim, Thanh phu , have lunch in local family. After lunch, we continue to ride on single track, dirt road, passing many villages and stream to Nam Cang Riverside Lodge where we will stay overnight with Dao Family. Dinner and stay overnight in Homestay.

Day 06: Nam Cang – Thanh Phu – Gia phu –  Vinh Yen

Wake up early in the morning to participate with local activities or just walk around the village to enjoy pristine nature and peaceful villages. Have breakfast with traditional pancake and banana cake, try herbal tea with the Host . we start our cycling from homestay, passing  villages and villages, rice terrace, streams and  buffalo road lead to  Sin Chai A, Thanh Phu, Nam Cang, Nam Sai, Suoi Thau , have lunch in Suoi Thau .
We continue to ride on undulating route and steep pass at the end of distance to Xuan Giao Section. You will be fascinated by extraordinary scenery, sublime limestone mountain and  peaceful hill tribe villages. Upon arriving of finish line,  do check in and have dinner in frontier city Lao Cai.

Day 07: Vinh Yen – Nghia Do – Bac Ha

Today is another brilliant cycling day on our trip, promising to bring full of emotions and fun on road upto hilltop Bac Ha Town.
Setting off from Ecolodge, we cycle on asphalt road before turning off on secondary road, winding amongst lush forest, rustic villages and rice terrace fields. We also weave along riverside through hillside with cinnammon and acacia forest. Stop on the way for picnic lunch.. after recharging fully energy. we actually meet challenging long, arduous steep pass with winding road through Nam Det commune to Nam Khanh commune.
Regroup and refuel energy before hoping up our bike through dreamlike and peacefull hill tribe villages, stunnning rice paddied fields and Cinnamon forest, meet and with hill tribe people on the way or meet them in local to understand their life.

Day 08 : Bac Ha – Coc pai – Sin Man – Ban Phung

After a night of rest and relaxation in the loving arms of the Creator, we will be awakened by the sounds of Mother Nature, so many childhood memories suddenly rushed back to melt the poet's soul.  After refueling for a day full of experiences, the car will transport us up to Lung Cai junction to avoid the steep pass.  Here we begin to warm up and cycle on the village roads, zigzagging along the mountain slopes, valleys, golden terraces like silk strips across the hills. What's more interesting than riding a bike and stopping to reward yourself with photos of a lifetime.  we continue the steep climbing journey winding through ethnic villages, terraced fields recognized as cultural heritages of Vietnam. After exploring terraced fields, the whole group moved and dropped slopes along the river and cliffs to reach the lunch spot. The whole group had lunch and rest.
In the afternoon continue the journey to discover the endless beauty of the Northeast mountains, Vietnam.  At the end of the journey, Hoang Su Phi welcomes us with a 10-degree slope to reach the high point of Ho Thau village.

Day 09: Ban Phung – Tan Quang – Ho Thau 70 km

Located at an altitude of over 1500 meters, Ban Phung is blessed with majestic and lyrical natural scenery. The terraced fields surrounding the village every season when the rice is ripe, the whole village is dyed a golden color, creating a very special natural picture.  Every morning, each thin mist still remains on the terraced fields, adorning the picture more poetic.
Today is another day that promises to be exciting, full of emotions that are waiting for us ahead. Don't forget to fully charge your phone, camera and memory card to chill with the fairy scenery here.
After refueling for a new day full of energy, our group started the journey of cycling downhill to the main road, continued on the main road to the junction, began to turn right into the village road to conquer and conquer. Experience the steep  slopes, weaving through the terraced fields or walking on the green roads covered with plants and flowers to Luoc Lunch Village.  After lunch, we continue to follow the trail, winding its way along slopes of of mountain to Ho Thau village. Here, you take pictures hunting clouds, or watch the misty valley below the valley. The last leg of the journey is a worthy reward for all of us today to drop down to the resting point after a whole day of conquering the steep pass.

Day 10: Ho Thau – Nam Ai – Nam Son  - Nam Hong 41 km

Spending a night in the vastness of heaven and earth, breath the fresh air and watching the mists floating on the dreamy valleys every morning are memorable experiences.
After recharging fully energy with Vietnamese style for breakfast, Embark  on bikes to challenge  new adventure cycling day trip by descending into single track trail, weaving through terraced fields, peaceful villages in the early morning, or crossing small streams leading water for irrigation cannals for the golden rice fields under the hills.
Today is another special day in the cycling journey to discover the golden season of Hoang Su Phi. We spent almost the whole day cycling through the core area of the rice fields with fields stretching from the top of the map to the valley creating extremely majestic and lyrical natural pictures. We follow the large road up steep hill for 14km to the Nam Khoa Heaven Gate. This part offers stunning scenery of thick rain forest with narrow terraced rice paddies on steep hill sides. Refreshment before descending into  another large single dirt track for nearly 10 km along the Nam Khoa Valley to the Junction of the Nam Khoa River. Scenery features with small vallages of the Zao and the Nung surrounded by tea farms, plantation and terraced rice paddies stretching along 2 sides of the valley.
Turn left and then follow a very narrow single dirt track winding its way up and down on steep steep hills sides along the Nam Khoa River for 8 km to Thong Nguyen Commune.

Day 11: Thong Nguyen – Pin Ho – Tan Minh – Tung San – Cao Bo – Ban Me  - HG

Hoang Su Phi is one of the most untouched regions of Vietnam and communities have lived in total isolation from mainstream society until very recently. At an average elevation of 800 m above sea level with high mountains, deep valleys, streams and forestland, it is an area of outstanding natural beauty and unspoiled traditional life. Today we undertake the challenge of cycling over the 'Heaven Gate 2' mountain pass +895m, en route to Tan Minh. The pass offers stunning views beneath a wide open sky.
Then follow the tarmac 25 km heading north before turning right to a dirt track which winds its way uphill the Tay Con Linh, the second highest mountain range of Vietnam for 2 hours to the top of the pass. Enjoy some stops to visit small villages of the Zao peoples. Lunch break at the top. After recharging fully energy for arduous day, hop back on bikes  and descent into new paved road, winding along a stunning stream, amongst wild nature and later impressive terraced rice field for nearly 3 hours to Thuong Son commune of the Nung and Zao ethnic.

Following to hearty breakfast in hotel, leaving the incredible passes and hilltop behind, Taking short transfer to cycling point.  Upon arriving in rural area, we get back on bike to cycle in lowland through scenic route and breathtaking scenery in rural area of Ha Giang province. Cycling on winding road and snaking along riversides, village road and hillside toTan Quang section. Have lunch in local restaurant. After recharging energy, we load up our bike on truck and transfer back to Hanoi.

Cost are based in USD $ and coverted to Vietnamese Dong ( VND). Therefore all costs are subject to currency fluctuations. If you wish to avoid any currency surchages  should there be a change in the exchange rate, you can pay for your trip inadvance of the balance date. Please ask our reservation staff to issue an invoice for your final payment.. Please note invoice are valid for two days then rewiewed. According to exchange rates. Child rate are available.
Tour price and exchange rate are based on tour cost and exchange rate at 2023 and are subject to change. Costs shown are in American Dollar. ( USD) unless otherwise countries in Euro . we have made every effort to ensure  itinerary documents  accuracy at the time of going to print. Payment by credit card
Cash price are shown as per the price  insert. We welcome credit card payment by VISA or MASTERCARD for your convennience but owning to the bank charges we are forced to apply a 3% surcharge to every credit card transaction. 

Booking Amendments
If you alter your booking after confirmation of your reservation and amendment free fee per booking will be charged to cover administration costs incurred. If you change your reservations after the holiday has commenced. Our company can not accepted any liability for loss, damage and additional expense and no refund will be made.

Cancellation:
If we cancel your booking : if the trip is cancelled  due to natural disaster such as flooding, earthquake etc. Or insufficient participants to proceed with a tour, the operator reserves the right to cancel a trip 25 days prior to commencement. A full refund of all monies paid will be refunded. We shall endeavour to provide a suitable alternative where possible.
If you cancel your booking: Notification of cancellation will be made to our company in writing. The date when written confirmation of cancellation is received by Our Company is determine the charges applicable. Loss of money is  paid as follows:
